GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the official House of Kados online store, operated from Switzerland.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

REGISTRATION

To make a purchase, customers must register with accurate and truthful personal information. The creation or use of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited.

Any commercial use or resale of House of Kados products is not permitted. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items per customer and per order.

ORDERING

  1. Select your desired items and add them to your shopping basket.

  2. Proceed to the checkout when ready.

  3. Enter your billing and delivery details.

  4. Choose your preferred payment method.

  5. Review and confirm your order.

  6. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully submitted.

The contract is only binding upon confirmation of dispatch by House of Kados or, at the latest, upon delivery of the goods.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss taxes unless otherwise stated. The prices valid at the time of ordering shall apply.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)

  • PayPal

  • Prepayment (via bank transfer) – available only for orders placed via email

  • TWINT – available only for orders placed via email

Orders paid in advance will only be processed and shipped after the payment has been received in full. House of Kados reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order if there is reason to believe the customer is not creditworthy or in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer free standard shipping within Switzerland.

For all other orders:

  • Orders over CHF 300 qualify for free standard international shipping. Use code FREESHIP25

  • For orders below CHF 300, shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination.

  • House of Kados reserves the right to adjust shipping costs should carrier prices increase.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 working days after payment is received. Deliveries within Switzerland usually arrive within 1–2 working days following dispatch. International delivery times vary depending on location but generally range from 10 to 12 working days.

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid for the parcel to be released by customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take pride in offering products of the highest quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and labels intact.

  • Please notify us by email before sending a return.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a refund for the product value (excluding shipping costs).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items remain your responsibility until they have been received by us. Please ensure items are packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transit.

DATA PROTECTION

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and store personal data solely for the purpose of processing your order and improving our service. All data is handled in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection regulations.

Our website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience and for analytical purposes. You may disable cookies via your browser settings, although this may affect the functionality of certain features.

In fulfilling your order, we may share necessary data with trusted third parties, including delivery and payment service providers. By placing an order, you expressly consent to such data being shared, including with providers outside Switzerland, even if those countries do not offer the same level of data protection.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order will apply. The date of the latest revision will always be noted below.
